Business Update - December 2021

Dear All,
Following the Government statement this week to move to Plan B in England, all Extra UK staff who can do so will work from home as effective from Monday 13th December.
During this time, the warranty department and technical support lines will remain open in the normal office hours of 09.00 to 17.30 Monday to Friday and our B2B website will also remain fully operational.
At this stage, we don't foresee any changes to the level of service from Extra UK, but any updates or changes to existing practices will be communicated to all stakeholders as soon as possible.
